We refund items if they don’t fit, but unfortunately we are not able to offer free returns or pre-paid labels. If you wish to have your item refunded, send us an email to email@example.com.
- The item(s) can be returned within 14 days from reception of the order.
- For the item(s) to be eligible for return, it must be unworn and in perfect condition, that is, without having been worn, washed or altered, with the tags still attached and the packaging in very good condition. The item(s) must not have stains or any sign of being worn. The item(s) sent for return that do not correspond to these criteria may be accepted at our discretion, and may also not be accepted. In case this happens, item(s) may be sent back to the customer.
- The returns must be previously authorized by Tip & Toe, who will provide you with a Return Reference. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping. Once the return is authorized, the Tip & Toe team will supply a return form that must be filled out and shipped with the item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where a product is deemed defective Tip & Toe shall assume the entire cost of return shipping and/or exchange. Please ensure that all returned items are unaltered and include any original packaging, including all tags the item came with. Tip & Toe assumes the responsibility of shipping back the new items.
- Tip & Toe cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage made by the courier chosen by the client. Tip & Toe advises the client to choose a courier with tracking services. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the EU. Usually the return of the product to Tip & Toe takes around 14 business days, but sometimes Portuguese customs need more information about the shipment in order to release it. A Tip & Toe product could be held at the border for up to a maximum of 10 weeks, and unfortunately Tip & Toe is unable to offer a refund until the items are safely returned to our offices.
- The pieces to be returned must be shipped to: Tip & Toe A/C: Filipa Freitas, A BASE, Av. Álvaro Pais 10A,1600-873 Lisboa. Portugal.
- The refund will be made within 15 days upon reception of the return and if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Where this is not possible, we will issue a credit note to use online. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
